Project Coordinator - Interior Design

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator specializing in Interior Design to join our innovative team. In this in-office role, you will be the vital link ensuring seamless communication and coordination across all phases of interior design projects. Experience with project planning software a must (Asana experience a plus).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage interior design projects from inception through completion, ensuring alignment with client specifications and design intent
• Collaborate closely with designers, contractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth project workflows
• Develop detailed project schedules using scheduling software such as Asana to track progress and deadlines
• Prepare and review construction plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, verify compliance with design plans, and address any issues promptly

Requirements

• Proven experience in project coordination within the interior design or construction industry
• Strong proficiency with project management software
• Hands-on experience with construction site activities and understanding of construction plans and specifications
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with exceptional time management skills
• Strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration among diverse teams and stakeholders

Pay: $62,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
