About the role
This is an opportunity to join the dynamic team at Golden Key Personnel Consultancy Limited as a Project Coordinator on a full-time basis. You will be based in the Kwun Tong District, Interior Design Firm, working 5 days per week. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of construction projects.
Key responsibilities
- Liaise with clients, interior designer, suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of any issues
- Provide administrative support, including preparing presentations, generating reports, and updating project databases
- Ad hoc and outdoor work as required
About you
- Around 2-3 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative role
- Interior Design / Contracting / Construction experience is highly welcome
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
