We are looking for a responsible and motivated Project Coordinator to join our growing interior renovation team!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor renovation progress and workmanship.
• Coordinate daily site activities with interior designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure works progress according to schedule.
• Inspect completed works, identify defects, and coordinate necessary rectifications.
• Ensure site works follow approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate site measurements, material deliveries, and installation schedules.
• Maintain site progress updates, reports, and supporting photographs.
• Identify potential site issues early and work with the team to resolve them efficiently.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in renovation project coordination, site supervision, or construction project management.
• Prior experience in project coordination or site supervision is required, preferably within the interior renovation industry.
• Good understanding of renovation works, site operations, and project workflows.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Able to coordinate effectively with interior designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Responsible, proactive, and capable of managing site matters independently.
• Willing to travel between different renovation project sites across Singapore.
• Comfortable working in active renovation and construction environments.

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: S$2,500 – S$3,000/month
• Additional Project-Based Commission
• 5-Day Work Week (Monday – Friday)
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 14 Days Annual Leave
• 14 Days Medical Leave
• Additional Allowances (Subject to Discussion)
