Project Coordinator Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, coordination, tracking, and documentation.
• Support the complete Project Management Lifecycle , from initiation to closure.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives .
• Maintain sprint backlogs, user stories, task boards, and project documentation.
• Create and interpret WBS, Use Case Diagrams, Flow Diagrams, Requirements Documents, and Project Charters .
• Coordinate with Project Coordinator, Developers, QA, and other teams.
• Track project tasks, timelines, risks, and deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, CS, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Basic understanding of Agile, Scrum, SDLC, and project phases .
• Familiarity with Jira, Asana, MS Project , or similar tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace .
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Timings: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Days: Monday – Friday
