Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager

Work location- Harbourfront (Bank)

Experience in project coordination, project administration, PMO support, or junior project management.

Experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders or business functions.

Strong organizational, documentation, communication, and follow-up skills.

Proactive, mature, accountable, and detail-oriented approach to work.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, track deadlines, and ensure timely completion of action items.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and project-tracking tools.

Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and business stakeholders.
