2. Work Prioritisation & Multi-Tasking

- Follow up closely with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams on outstanding or pending matters.
- Identify potential delays, site issues, or scheduling conflicts at an early stage and take appropriate action.
- Ensure arrangements for upcoming works are properly confirmed before commencement.
4. Project Continuity & Time-Sensitive Coordination
- Due to the nature of renovation projects, certain time-sensitive matters may occasionally arise outside normal working hours.

- Handle day-to-day project and site coordination matters independently within the employee’s authority.
- Escalate matters involving additional costs, major design changes, significant timeline impact, or management approval when necessary.

- Maintain professional communication with clients, contractors, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Carry out any other project coordination, operational, or administrative duties reasonably assigned by management.
