PROJECT COORDINATOR (M&E / ACMV)

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team for an upcoming project in Johor Bahru. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring smooth communication between project teams, contractors, suppliers, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor daily project activities to ensure work progresses according to schedule.
• Liaise with project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Assist in planning project schedules, manpower allocation, materials, and site activities.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure project documentation, reports, drawings, and records are properly maintained.
• Coordinate material deliveries and follow up on procurement requirements.
• Identify and report project delays, site issues, and potential risks.
• Attend site meetings and assist in preparing meeting minutes and progress reports.
• Ensure site activities comply with project specifications, quality requirements, and safety standards.
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, preferably in M&E or ACMV projects.
• Basic technical knowledge of air conditioning, ventilation, and M&E systems.
• Experience in site coordination, project scheduling, and progress monitoring.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings and project specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple parties.
• Willing to be based in Johor Bahru for the project duration.
• Available to join immediately or within short notice will be an added advantage.
