Project Coordinator - Manufacturing

A Project Coordinator in Manufacturing supports the planning, execution, and completion of production or engineering projects. They act as a bridge between production teams, supply chain, quality, and management to ensure projects meet timelines, costs, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate manufacturing projects (new product launches, process improvements, cost-saving initiatives)
• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, SCM, Engineering)
• Monitor budgets and resource allocation
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and status updates for stakeholders
• Identify risks/issues and support mitigation actions
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Skills Required

• Project Management (MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools)
• Strong Excel & data analysis skills
• Communication & stakeholder management
• Understanding of manufacturing processes (Lean, Six Sigma is a plus)
• Problem-solving and multitasking
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering / Manufacturing / Operations Management
• 2–6 years of experience in manufacturing or project coordination roles
