Project Coordinator (MNC / Urgent Hire / No OT)

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day project operations, ensuring installations and site works are completed on schedule.
• Liaise closely with clients, main contractors, sub-contractors, and internal engineering teams to facilitate smooth project delivery.
• Prepare project-related documentation, including progress reports, site photos, materials submission, and operation & maintenance (O&M) manuals.
• Monitor site progress, attend site meetings, and assist Project Managers in resolving on-site operational issues.
• Assist in materials procurement, delivery scheduling, and inventory coordination for various site locations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Higher Diploma in Building Studies, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, ideally within E&M, fitting-out, architectural hardware, or building materials sectors. (Fresh graduates with a strong passion for the industry will also be considered).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic knowledge of AutoCAD is highly preferred.
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Detail-oriented, highly organised, and able to work independently under tight schedules.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

The remuneration package is commensurate with competency & experience.
