Project Coordinator (Mystery Shopper)

About the role

MPEG (HK) Ltd is seeking a talented Project Coordinator (Mystery Shopper) to join our Marketing & Communications team on a full-time basis. Based in Lai Chi Kok, Sham Shui Po District, this role is central to the delivery of our market research and customer experience evaluation services. As Project Coordinator, you will oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of mystery shopper projects, ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine project management expertise with field-based market research activities, making you a key contributor to our business operations and client success.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end mystery shopper projects, from initial client briefings through to final report delivery

• Recruit, train, and brief mystery shoppers on project objectives, evaluation criteria, and reporting requirements

• Schedule and allocate mystery shopper assignments across multiple retail and service locations

• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure projects remain on track

• Conduct quality assurance checks on completed mystery shopper reports and feedback submissions

• Liaise with clients to clarify project requirements, provide project updates, and address any concerns or issues

• Maintain detailed project records, documentation, and databases for future reference and compliance

• Identify process improvements and contribute to the refinement of project methodologies

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in project coordination, ideally within market research, customer experience evaluation, or a related field

• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and team members

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools

• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality in all deliverables

• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage challenges proactively

• Flexibility and willingness to occasionally conduct mystery shopper visits as part of project requirements

• Diploma or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline
