Responsibilities

• Responsible for successful ordering and delivery of customer orders as per scope and committed lead time
• Manage successful delivery of customer orders to the agreed scope quality and time
• Liaise with designated customer contact to assess local site requirements and readiness for delivery initiation
• Place work orders and coordinate with internal teams suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of all required components
• Work with customer suppliers and internal teams to reserve resources and schedule installation/ migrations
• Coordinate with cross-functional technical teams to resolve delivery roadblocks
• Identify and propose alternate solutions when delivery is at risk in consultation with stakeholders
• Ensure effective transition to operations and billing
• Obtain Customer acceptance of the delivered orders
• Keep internal tools up to date with delivery technical and billing related information
• Build and share delivery progress reports with stakeholders

Experience

• Proven experience in Network Services delivery
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional technical teams and managing customer/vendor relationships
• Track record of identifying and mitigating delivery risks

Education

• Bachelor's degree in computer science information technology Networking or a related field

Certifications

• Relevant certifications in networking or project management (e.g. Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP); Project Management Professional (PMP); ITIL; Lean Six Sigma)

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Network and other services and delivery processes
• Ability to manage projects and liaise with multiple teams and stakeholders
• Knowledge of technical documentation and change management practices
