Project Coordinator (Office Interior Fit-Out)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate office interior fit-out projects from planning through handover.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and building management.
• Monitor project schedule, progress, quality, cost, procurement, and documentation.
• Review shop drawings, BQ, material requirements, quotations, and project documents.
• Coordinate material procurement and vendor follow-ups.
• Prepare project reports, Variation Orders, inspection, as-built, and handover documents.
• Support project teams in resolving coordination and site-related issues.

Requirements

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Office Interior Fit-Out / Interior Design & Build projects.
• Strong understanding of interior fit-out processes and materials is highly preferred.
• Familiar with interior materials, shop drawings, BQ, project scheduling, procurement, and project documentation.
• Candidates with experience in office interior projects are strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks/projects.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken, is an advantage.
• Willing to mobilize to project sites when required.
• HO: Sunter, North Jakarta.
• Available to join immediately is preferred.
