At Mediabound, Project Coordinators work across teams to help turn ideas into real projects and make sure everything runs smoothly from planning through execution.

What You'll Do

Depending on your experience, your responsibilities may include:

• Coordinating projects from planning through completion
• Creating and managing project schedules
• Communicating with internal teams and external partners
• Tracking deadlines, tasks, and deliverables
• Organizing meetings and follow-ups
• Preparing project documents and reports
• Coordinating staff, vendors, venues, and partners
• Supporting day-to-day project operations
• Identifying potential problems and helping solve them
• Communicating updates to stakeholders
• Supporting new project launches
• Improving internal processes and workflows
• Managing multiple projects and priorities
• Working with tourism, hospitality, sales, marketing, and operations teams
