At Mediabound, you'll work on projects connected to tourism, hospitality, Japanese culture, experiences, events, and business development.

What You'll Do

Depending on your experience, you may be responsible for:

• Coordinating projects from planning through completion
• Managing schedules, deadlines, and deliverables
• Communicating with internal teams and external partners
• Organizing meetings and follow-ups
• Preparing project documents and reports
• Coordinating staff, venues, vendors, and business partners
• Supporting day-to-day project operations
• Helping launch new projects and experiences
• Identifying and solving operational issues
• Communicating project updates
• Improving workflows and processes
• Managing multiple projects and priorities
• Working across tourism, hospitality, sales, marketing, and operations

As you gain experience, you'll have opportunities to take ownership of larger projects.

Language Requirements

Japanese: Fluent / Native-level

English: Business level
