Position : Solar Project Coordinator

Salary: RM3,500 - RM4,500 (Depending on Experience)

Location: Mount Austin, Johor Bahru

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities :

• Arrange installation schedules with customers and solar installation teams.
• Coordinate daily work arrangements, technicians, materials, and equipment.
• Follow up on installation progress and ensure work is completed as scheduled.
• Check site readiness and material availability before installation.
• Communicate with customers and installation teams regarding schedules and updates.
• Arrange follow-up visits for installation issues or after-sales service when needed.
• Update project records and report progress to the Project Manager.

Requirements :

• Experience in project coordination, scheduling, administration, or customer service is an advantage.
• Experience in solar, electrical, or installation work is preferred but not mandatory.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Able to organize tasks and coordinate with different parties.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Project coordination: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Mandarin (Preferred)
• English (Preferred)
• Bahasa Malaysia (Preferred)
