Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical development and coordination from concept through construction administration.
• Partner with PMs, consultants, and internal teams to build smart technical solutions and delivery strategies.
• Direct construction document preparation and coordination, keeping projects aligned with goals, quality, and code requirements.
• Support staffing, scheduling, workload, and timeline planning.
• Run QA/QC reviews on drawings and documentation to keep technical quality high throughout.
