Project Coordinator – Oracle Cloud Implementation

Seeking an organized Project Coordinator to support a large-scale Oracle Cloud implementation covering HCM, ERP, Payroll, and Pension. The role focuses on project coordination, documentation, issue tracking, financial tracking, and administrative support during post-go-live stabilization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track action items.
• Maintain project documentation, issue logs, work order inventories, status reports, and schedules.
• Support steering committee meetings and leadership updates.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, vendor hours, budgets, and invoices.
• Coordinate vendor communications, team onboarding, and meeting logistics.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines and action items are completed.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in project coordination or administrative support for project teams.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting Oracle Cloud, ERP, or enterprise software implementations.
• Familiarity with Smartsheet, Jira, or similar project management tools.
• Public sector/government experience.
• Experience with vendor invoices, budgets, or contract financial tracking
