PROJECT COORDINATOR / PERSONAL ASSISTANT

WE ARE HIRING – PROJECT COORDINATOR.

Location: Karachi Based Female Only. (Preferred Location Korangi Industrial Area or Surroundings)
Salary Bracket: PKR 50,000–60,000/-

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree with a Diploma in MS Office.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Management Personal Assistant.
• Strong skills in documentation, filing and document management.
• Good command of MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication, coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to prepare quotations and coordinate with different departments.
• Willingness to visit project sites when required.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in Korangi Industrial Area or nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist management with daily project and administrative requirements.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate documentation with relevant departments.
• Maintain project files, records and documents.
• Attend meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
• Visit project sites and coordinate with teams when required.
• Provide general support to management as assigned.
