Physical AI and humanoid robotics are rapidly transitioning into real-world environments. At Backbencher’s Business Solutions, we partner with global robotics organizations to collect high-resolution egocentric (POV) vision data directly utilized in training next-generation spatial computing and foundation models.

Joining Backbencher’s Business Solutions extends beyond an individual campaign. We are establishing sustained data pipelines in Bangladesh, offering high-performing coordinators direct pathways to manage and scale future international operations and upcoming projects.

We are actively recruiting an execution-focused Project Coordinator ready to mobilize immediately.

Core Responsibilities:

• Contributor Pipeline: Source, onboard, and coordinate a dedicated pool of contributors operating iPhone 12 or newer models. No cap on scale—your operational footprint directly dictates volume.

• Quality & Protocol Compliance: Guide contributors on spatial capture standards, camera orientation, and stability to ensure maximum validation rates.

• Operations Oversight: Supervise daily recording activity, track submitted hours, and sync directly with central operations.

Device & Hardware Specifications:

• For Coordinators: No iPhone required. Your role is strictly focused on team leadership, pipeline logistics, and quality assurance.

• For Contributors: Must operate an iPhone 12 or newer model. Any standard chest or head strap mount is suitable for hands-free POV capture.

Compensation Structure:

• Coordinator Commission: $0.50 – $0.75+ per approved hour delivered across your contributor team.

• Uncapped Volume: Performance-driven scaling with zero ceiling on project earnings.

• Contributor Payroll: Managed and disbursed independently by Backbencher’s Business Solutions ($2.50 per approved hour).

• Payout Cycle: Bi-weekly.

Candidate Profile:

• Immediate Availability: Readiness to begin sourcing and onboarding immediately upon selection.

• Strong operational discipline, structured communication, and proactive team management.

• No formal degree or corporate pedigree required—execution, ownership, and measurable delivery take precedence.
