Project Coordinator – PMC & Cost Control

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer / Project Coordinator to manage day-to-day project coordination, contractor meetings, planning, progress monitoring, cost reconciliation and documentation for an infrastructure development project at Talegaon.

The candidate will coordinate with the Site Engineer, Site Supervisor and contractors and report directly to the Project Head.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare project timelines, weekly work schedules and progress tracking reports.
• Conduct contractor coordination meetings and maintain minutes of meetings with action points and deadlines.
• Monitor site progress and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQ, instructions and agreed schedules.
• Prepare contractor quantity reconciliation, cost statements, material reconciliation and variation registers.
• Verify contractor measurements and bills against actual site execution and approved quantities.
• Prepare daily progress reports, weekly summaries, photographs and documentation required by the client.
• Maintain records of client instructions, approvals, pending decisions, site issues and contractor commitments.
• Coordinate with the site team to ensure timely mobilisation of labour, machinery and materials.
• Identify delays, cost overruns and execution issues and report them to the Project Head with corrective actions.
• Maintain systematic project records using MS Excel and project management software.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
