Project coordinator - PMO & Delivery support

Requirements

Experience: 3-5 years in PMO, project coordination, or a similar role. Strong expertise in MS Excel, Outlook, Jira, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project trackers, schedules, status reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, action items, and project communications.
• Track project tasks, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Maintain project information and documents in SharePoint.
• Use Jira for task and project tracking.
• Prepare reports and dashboards using MS Excel.
• Manage project communication and calendars using Outlook.
• Coordinate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
