Project Coordinator _PMO

Qualification: MBA (Mandatory)

Manufacturing / Pharmaceutical / FMCG Domain Experience is must. Location: Bandra (West), Mumbai, Maharashtra, 400050, India

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage multiple projects across R&D and Manufacturing functions.
• Track project progress, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare project status reports and support project governance activities.
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and drive timely issue resolution.

Required Skills:

• 4 to 5 years of experience in Project Coordination or PMO.
• Experience in FMCG or Pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of manufacturing and R&D project environments.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
