Project Coordinator -Power Projects

Role & responsibilities

• Daily Management Report will be collecting from all sites in India.
• Daily Resource & Fuel Management report will collect from all sites in India.
• Project Execution & Site Co-ordination.
• On-site Capital Projects and Scheduling & Tracking
• Inter-departmental Liaison: Serve as the central anchor connecting HR, Procurement, Store, Accounts and Legal.
• Follow up and review the progress of the sites from HO on regular basis.
• Approval of cost and rates of Labour and materials with the coordination of purchase dept as per standard guidelines and company policy.
• Attend client meetings and liaising regarding all progress related and commercial as well as contractual issues regarding progress and other official purposes.
• Documentation (MIS reports) as per requirement of higher management.
• Review and certification of the cash flow statement.
• Verifying site fund requirements and getting approvals.
• Organising of inter dept. meetings for the different issues of the various sites.
• Approval of new manpower requisition, purchase requisition, Purchase Order.
• Tendering related support work for new job.

Preferred candidate profile

The individual will be responsible for overseeing the safe, efficient, and cost-effective Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of large-scale multiple numbers of Thermal Power Plants across India.

This role bridges the gap between tactical operations and corporate strategic milestones, ensuring high plant availability, statutory compliance, and strict adherence to project timelines and budgets.
