Project Coordinator (Prepared Civil Engineer)

The Project Coordinator supports project managers and teams in planning, organizing, and executing project activities. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones
• Coordinate project activities, resources, and information
• Prepare and update project documents, reports, and presentations
• Communicate with internal teams and clients regarding project updates
• Monitor project progress and follow up on pending tasks
• Arrange meetings, prepare minutes, and track action items
• Support procurement of materials and services needed for projects
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and quality standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or any related field
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support (preferred)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana)
• Basic understanding of project documentation and reporting
