Program Scheduler

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Program Scheduler to develop, maintain, and manage project schedules across multiple programs. The role will work closely with Project Managers, Program Owners, and cross-functional teams to track progress, identify risks and delays, and ensure schedules remain aligned with project goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
• Create Gantt charts and perform critical path analysis using Smartsheet or similar project management tools.
• Track project progress and identify schedule variances, risks, and potential delays.
• Monitor resource allocation and identify potential resource conflicts.
• Update schedules based on project progress and approved changes.
• Communicate schedule updates, risks, and impacts to Program Owners and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Workstream Leads, and cross-functional teams.
• Support project planning, reporting, forecasting, and schedule risk mitigation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Project Scheduling, or a related field.
• Strong experience with project scheduling software, preferably Smartsheet.
• Understanding of Gantt charts, critical path analysis, task dependencies, and scheduling methodologies.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
