Project coordinator / Project admin (Horticulture)

Job Responsibilities:

Assist Director / Project Manager in project coordination;

Organize and prepare documents for submission;

Project management with regard to statutory submission, government liaison, client liaison, meetings, consultant and contractor co-ordination, field observation and general coordination of work;

Post-qualification in project management experience preferably gained in landscape contractor / landscape firms or developers;

Handle and manage horticulture, arboriculture and landscape projects independently;

Outdoor works / site inspection is required;

Any other duties as requested.

Supervise the implementation of site works and resolve technical issues;

Responsible for overall project management, maintaining project quality and time control on gardening works, tree works, and landscaping works;

Frequent meet with clients / consultants in decision-making role;

Less relevant experience will be considered for Project Admin;

Job Requirements:

Work independently;

Ability to work under pressure

Good time management and coordination skills

Good command of both written and spoken in English & Chinese

Proficiency in MS Office ; Knowledge in AI is preferred

Relevant experience in landscape and arborcutural and hoticultural related fields is preferred

Registered Arborist / Tree Risk Assessor is preferred
