Project Coordinator (Rail and Future Mobility, German MNC)

Project Coordination

• Coordinate international approval and certification projects for electrical products.
• Manage certification project workflows from application till certificate issuance, and ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate with internal departments, including sales, engineering, laboratory, and certification teams, to facilitate project execution.
• Contact external certification bodies and business partners regarding certification requirements, submissions, and approvals.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of certification processes

Customer Communication

• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely updates on project progress, requirements, and certification status.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, certification bodies, and stakeholders.

Documentation Management

• Maintain certification-related documents and records in accordance with company procedures
• Register product information and certification data in company databases

Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Experience in project coordination / product certification / testing / regulatory compliance or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and document management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
