What they need
Project Coordinator - Residential Remodeling
Re-Bath Washington D.C. | Rockville, MD
$30-$35/hour | Full-Time | 40 hours/week
Local travel throughout Maryland, Washington, D.C. & Northern Virginia
Are you the person who naturally keeps everything moving?
You know what needs to happen next, follow up before someone has to ask, keep people informed, and make sure important details don't fall through the cracks.
Re-Bath Washington D.C. is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Project Coordinator who wants to make an impact, not simply manage a task list.
You'll be at the center of our project process, coordinating with customers, Design Consultants, installers, our warehouse team, vendors, and ownership to keep projects organized and moving from the sales handoff through completion.
We're looking for someone who takes initiative, communicates confidently, solves problems, and thinks a few steps ahead. If you enjoy bringing structure to a fast-moving environment and being the person a team can count on, you may be exactly who we're looking for.
What You’ll Own
- Manage multiple remodeling projects from sales handoff through installation and completion.
- Review contracts, measurements, photos, product selections, and scopes of work for accuracy and completeness.
- Catch missing information or potential issues before they create delays.
- Ensure required measurements and project information are completed, verified, and documented.
- Track product orders, deliveries, backorders, damaged items, and outstanding materials.
- Coordinate with warehouse and installation teams to ensure projects are ready before installation.
- Manage installation schedules, project timelines, permits, and inspections as needed.
- Ensure installers have the correct scope, selections, materials, and customer information.
- Keep customers informed throughout the production and installation process.
- Resolve project issues and follow outstanding items through completion.
- Partner with Sales to create a smooth transition from sale to production.
- Identify recurring challenges and help improve processes as the business grows.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of project, production, or construction coordination experience.
- 2+ years in residential construction, remodeling, home improvement, or a related industry.
- Experience managing multiple projects, schedules, customers, and field teams simultaneously.
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Confidence communicating with homeowners, installers, sales professionals, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Ability to review measurements, scopes of work, product specifications, and project documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and good judgment.
- Comfortable taking initiative and working independently.
- A natural instinct to look for ways to make processes and operations better.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally throughout our service area.
Kitchen and bath remodeling, residential remodeling, installation coordination, or construction project management experience is strongly preferred.
You’ll Thrive Here If...
You're the person who notices something is missing and gets the answer. You see a scheduling issue coming and address it. You keep customers informed before they have to call. And when you see a better way to do something, you speak up.
You're organized, resourceful, accountable, and comfortable being someone others rely on.
You don't need every next step handed to you. You understand what you own, communicate when you need help, and follow things through to completion.
If you have residential remodeling or construction experience and this sounds like the way you naturally work, we'd like to meet you.
