✅ JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support the execution of rotating equipment projects from order placement to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate compressor and rotating equipment projects from order to delivery, installation, and completion
- Liaise with customers, OEM/principals, engineering teams, and service personnel
- Monitor project schedules, documentation, deliverables, and customer requirements
- Coordinate internal technical and commercial project activities
- Support project meetings, reporting, and documentation
✅ REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Engineering with minimum 3 years’ experience in project coordination; OR
- Diploma in Engineering with minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
- Experience in oil & gas, rotating equipment, compressors, pumps, or mechanical projects is preferred
- Familiar with project documentation, planning, procurement, and execution processes
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Able to work with customers, OEMs, engineers, and subcontractors
- Knowledge of PETRONAS / Malaysian O&G requirements is an advantage
