Project Coordinator/ Sales Operations (3rd Party Payroll)

The Project Coordinator will be based at the Mumbai office and will coordinate day-to-day activities for the project. The person will work under the direction of the Project Manager and will provide project-support assistance as required. The key responsibilities of this position are as follows:

a) Coordinate day-to-day project communication , route queries to the relevant internal and external stakeholders, and follow up to support timely responses.

b) Coordinate and compile weekly project reports and monthly progress reports for submission to Hindalco, based on inputs from the responsible stakeholders and after obtaining the required internal approvals.

c) Participate in weekly internal project review meetings and weekly review meetings with Hindalco, document key decisions and action items, and follow up with the responsible stakeholders.

d) Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date project records, including correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, action trackers, and other required documentation.

e) Travel to the project site during the Project Managers planned absence, expected approximately once every three months for a period of about two weeks, to coordinate communication, reporting, documentation, and follow-up activities. The role will not assume the Project Managers technical, commercial, or decision-making authority.

f) Coordinate closely with the Smartluth team to obtain the technical, commercial, scheduling, and site-related inputs required for project communication and reporting.
