Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator – Ship Repair & Dry-Docking to coordinate and monitor ship repair projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in shipyards, dry-docking, marine repair, or vessel maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate ship repair and dry-docking activities with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, work plans, and daily progress.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, piping, welding, painting, fabrication, and other repair activities.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractor requirements.
• Liaise with vessel owners, ship managers, class societies, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct daily coordination meetings and prepare progress reports.
• Monitor project deadlines, quality requirements, and HSE compliance.
• Assist with quotations, work orders, material requirements, and project documentation.
• Identify site issues and coordinate timely corrective actions.
• Support inspections, testing, commissioning, and final project handover.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in ship repair, dry-docking, shipyard, or marine projects.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of ship repair and dry-docking processes.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
• UAE/GCC marine or shipyard experience will be an advantage.
