Project Coordinator/ Site Supervisor/ Project Manager (Construction) - Ref. 2727

Our client is now looking for high calibre candidates to fill the following positions:

Position 1: Project Coordinator (MiC) - Ref. 2728

• Diploma or above in Construction, or other related field
• 2 – 6 years’ experience in construction/ building services
• Assist Project Manager to liaise with different parties in office
• Logistic arrangement and follow up with factory about the progress and delivery date of goods (mainly aluminum windows), ensure goods are received before deadline
• Mainland travel few times a month for follow up progress depends on actual needs
• Fluent in Cantonese, good in Mandarin and English

Remarks:

• Monthly salary: basic HK$20K-25K (guaranteed 13 months) (depends on skills/ experience)
• Working location: Kwun Tong
• Working day: 5 - 5.5 days

Position 2: Site Supervisor (Building Services/ Construction) – Ref. 2727

• Diploma or above in construction/ building services or related disciplines
• 10-15 years’ experience in construction/ building services with 2 years or above in site supervisor position
• Monitor daily schedules, ensure progress on track and fulfill quality requirements
• Coordinate with project manager, subcontractors and site workers for smooth workflow
• Fluent in Cantonese, good in Mandarin and English

Remarks:

• Monthly salary: basic HK$30K-35K (guaranteed 13 months) (depends on skills/ experience)
• Working location: Kwun Tong and designated site
• Working days: 5 - 5.5 days

Position 3: Project Manager (Precast/ MiC) - Ref. 2295

• Diploma or above in Building Service, Engineering, Construction Management, or other related field
• At least 15 years work experience in Building Service/ Construction
• Experience in Precast/ MiC is a MUST
• Oversee construction projects from beginning to end
• Overall project management and coordination works including construction progress, quality and cost control
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Able to work independently

Remarks:

• Monthly salary: basic HK$45K-55K (guaranteed 13 months) (depends on skills/ experience)
• Working location: Kowloon
• Working days: 5-6 days
