Project Coordinator (Software Development)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to manage client communication, coordinate project requirements, and work closely with our development team to ensure smooth project execution.

Responsibilities

• Handle client meetings and act as the primary point of contact for project updates
• Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to clients and management
• Note down new requirements and changes discussed in client meetings
• Translate client requirements into clear, actionable tasks
• Create and manage tasks for the development team, ensuring each task is clearly defined and assigned
• Track project timelines and follow up to ensure deadlines are met
• Coordinate between clients and developers to resolve queries and blockers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Prior experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Manager, or similar client-facing role is required — please apply only if you have relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) for client interaction
• Comfortable working with task/project management tools (e.g., GitHub, Trello, Jira, or similar)
• Ability to understand technical requirements and coordinate with development teams
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects/clients

Salary

Market-competitive, based on the candidate's experience and skills. Final salary will be decided after the interview based on the candidate's demonstrated capability.

Relocation

Candidates from cities other than Gujrat must be willing to relocate. The company will provide accommodation.
