Project Coordinator ( Structural Steel Works)

• Manage and coordinate the administrative, operational, and logistical requirements of construction and structural steel projects.
• Work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to clarify project requirements and support smooth project delivery.
• Organize project schedules, work activities, manpower, materials, and site operations to ensure projects progress according to the planned timeline.
• Participate in project and site meetings, follow up on outstanding matters, and coordinate solutions for technical, design, and site-related concerns.
• Supervise and coordinate site workers and subcontractors to ensure work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Arrange and monitor quality inspections at both fabrication workshops and project sites.
• Monitor the efficient use of manpower, materials, tools, equipment, and other project resources.
• Monitor project progress, highlight potential delays and risks, and take appropriate action to maintain project schedules.
• Ensure project activities are completed within the agreed timeline, approved budget, and required quality standards.
• Ensure all project activities comply with workplace safety regulations, safe work practices, and company requirements.
• Keep accurate records of project materials, tools, equipment, and machinery, and ensure proper maintenance of equipment.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including inspection records, site reports, progress updates, claims, and other relevant documents.
• Develop Method Statements (MOS), Method Statement Risk Assessments (MSRA), presentations, and other documents required for client and consultant review.
• Provide management and project teams with regular updates on project status, progress, and key issues.
• Recommend improvements to project coordination, operational procedures, and overall work efficiency.
• Carry out other project-related responsibilities and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in structural steel, construction, or a related industry.
• Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or higher qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Good understanding of construction processes, site operations, quality control requirements, and workplace safety practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Tekla Structures.
• Good command of spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with local and overseas clients.
• Willing to work at project sites and in outdoor environments when necessary.
• Class 3 Driving Licence would be an advantage.
• 5-day work week.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,500.00 per month
