What they need
About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and organised Project Coordinator to join our team. You will play a crucial role in planning and executing a diverse range of events, including academic seminars and competitions. Your responsibilities will encompass all aspects of event management, from logistics and marketing to participant experience and venue coordination.
Beyond events, this is a genuinely impactful role. You will work closely with students from many different backgrounds, helping them build projects that make a real difference to society, and you will be part of each student's journey towards making their dreams come true.
We are looking for someone who takes real ownership of that. Every student is different, so no two weeks look the same and there is no single template to follow. You will be given a goal and a deadline, and trusted to work out the best way to reach it. Expect close support and frequent check-ins in your first months, and more independence as you earn it. You will work alongside our senior project coordinator, who has run these events for years, with our consultants and native English-speaking counsellors behind you.
What you will do
1. Student project coordination
Carry a portfolio of student projects at the same time, and track every student's progress, deadlines and next actions.
Source and manage everything a project needs, end to end.
Work day to day with our native English-speaking counsellors and consultants on student initiatives.
2. Competition research and student support
Continuously research high school competitions and university programmes around the world, and keep the list up to date. For each one, know the format, eligibility, deadlines and required documents in detail.
Communicate opportunities clearly and completely to students, parents and counsellors.
Help students complete forms, attach the right documents, submit on time, and follow up well before every deadline.
3. Event and competition organising
Plan and run academic seminars and competitions from end to end.
Initiate and secure sponsorships and partnerships.
4. Content, social media and design
Keep our social media channels and website alive with relevant, current content for our events and campaigns.
Write the content and design the posters and social posts yourself, using Canva or similar tools.
5. Stakeholder coordination
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, universities, government agencies, NGOs, sponsors and partner organisations.
What we are looking for
Initiative. You can research, decide and act with light supervision. When a situation is new, you find a workable solution yourself rather than waiting to be told.
Precision. You are the kind of person who double-checks everything before it goes out.
Ownership. You take full responsibility for what you are given, follow it through to the end, and flag problems early.
Project management instinct. You can run several projects at once and always know what has to be accomplished by when, who to speak to, and when to follow up.
Genuinely bilingual. Clear, confident, professional Thai and English, spoken and written. You will work with native English-speaking colleagues every day.
Excellent with people. You are comfortable, mature and discreet with students and families, and you build trust with them quickly.
A real team player. We are a small team. You share information, cover for colleagues, ask when you are unsure, and contribute beyond your own task list. Speaking up is always welcome here, and we want someone who is not shy about putting ideas forward.
Positive mindset. Long days and moving targets are part of the work; you stay constructive and solution-focused.
Creative and resourceful. You can generate content and design ideas, and you enjoy making things look good.
Requirements
Thai citizen with a bachelor's degree in any field.
Proven experience coordinating projects or organising events.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and general office software.
Fluent, effective English communication. A high TOEIC score is a plus but not required: how well you actually communicate matters more than the certificate.
A plus
Experience in international schools, educational consultancy services, or as a teaching assistant.
Experience securing sponsorships or partnerships.
Design skills in Canva, Adobe or similar. A small portfolio of posters or social media work is very welcome.
Working conditions
Working hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
Working days: 5–6 days per week on a rotating shift basis.
Days off are agreed in advance and may not fall on Saturday or Sunday. At least 6 days off per month.
Location: Phaholyothin Place, 8th Floor (near BTS Ari).
What we offer
Monthly salary of ฿25,000 – ฿35,000, depending on experience.
Social security.
Group insurance.
10 days of leave per year (7 days annual leave, and 3 days personal leave).
At least 13 public holidays per year
Annual salary adjustment, and bonus based on performance.
Other offers great for you!
