Job Title: Project Coordinator (Supervisory)

Job Summary

The Project Coordinator oversees and manages branch expansion projects from approval to completion, ensuring timely and cost-efficient execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project timelines and schedules.

• Coordinate with construction, procurement, compliance, and operations teams.

• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines.

• Identify risks and resolve project issues.

• Ensure projects are completed within approved budget.

• Prepare and present project status reports.

• Supervise project execution and coordination.

KRA & KPI

KRA 1: Project Timeline Management

• KPI: On-time project completion → Target: ≥ 90%

• KPI: Schedule variance → Target: within ±5%

KRA 2: Budget Control/ Liquidation

• KPI: Budget variance → Target: within ±5%

• KPI: Liquidation → Target: 100% compliance

KRA 3: Coordination & Issue Resolution

• KPI: Issue resolution turnaround → Target: ≤ 3 days

KRA 4: Reporting & Visibility

• KPI: Report accuracy and submission → Target: 100% on-time, error-free

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or Project Management.

• 2 –5 years experience in project coordination or management.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects.

Education & Certification

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

• Project Management certification is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in multi-branch expansion projects.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
