Project Coordinator (TECHNICIAN)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of project activities.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress.
• Perform basic technical tasks, troubleshooting, and maintenance support.
• Assist in HVAC system inspections, installation, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, clients, and project teams.
• Monitor project schedules, materials, and equipment requirements.
• Prepare and maintain technical reports and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, technical specifications, and project requirements.
• Provide technical support to ensure timely and successful project completion.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of Electrical Engineering or any 4-year related course.
• With knowledge of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and technical works.
• Able to perform basic technical tasks, troubleshooting, and site inspections.
• Familiar with project documentation, reports, and coordination.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Willing to work on-site and coordinate with project teams.

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
