Project Coordinator (Telecom company)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
• • At least 1–3 years of experience in telecom, construction, or infrastructure projects
• • Experience in FTTH or fiber optic projects is an advantage
• • Knowledge of fiber network architecture (feeder, distribution, drop) is preferred
• • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project or similar tools.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily activities for Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) deployment projects
• Track and monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Liaise with engineering, design, and field teams to ensure alignment on project scope and schedule
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for civil works, fiber installation, and restoration activities
• Assist in securing permits and right-of-way (ROW) approvals with local government units (LGUs)
• Monitor inventory and delivery of materials (fiber cables, splitters, OLT/ONT equipment)
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly project status reports
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records
• Identify project risks, delays, and issues; escalate as needed
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
• Support customer installation scheduling and service activation coordination
