Project Coordinator - Telecom Engineering

About the role

The role is mainly responsible for coordinating projects, vendors, clients, and internal teams rather than being the primary technical engineer.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor project schedules, timelines, costs, and deliverables
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors
• Follow up vendors to meet project targets and deadlines
• Handle vendor questions, clarifications, and site issues
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders
• Prepare project reports, site documentation, and other paperwork
• Support the Project Lead/Manager with project tracking
• Help resolve site issues while ensuring compliance with client standards
• Provide administrative and logistics support
• Handle ad-hoc/BAU tasks assigned by the Project Lead or Team Lead

About you

• 2–3 years in telecom project coordination
• Bachelor's degree, preferably Telecommunications Engineering
• Project coordination and vendor management experience
• Telecom knowledge
• Strong communication skills
• Excel and reporting proficiency
• Knowledge of Civil, Power, Telecom, RF, Transport, OSP, and Wireline is an advantage
