Project Coordinator - Telecom Equipment

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our Telecom Equipment projects. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, technical knowledge of wireless systems, and the ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders simultaneously.

Key responsibilities

• Apply familiarity with Huawei ISDP processes and workflows
• Manage Globe site access and coordinate with subcontractors and rental teams
• Oversee multiple teams simultaneously, ensuring smooth deployment and progress
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports; track milestones, manpower, materials, tools, and deployment status
• Coordinate with Huawei PMs/engineers, Globe representatives, suppliers, and Team Leaders
• Utilize expertise in 4G/5G technologies, RRU, BBUs, antenna installation, integration, and site acceptance
• Demonstrate resilience under pressure and actively follow up with field teams

About you

• Graduate of Electrical Engineering (EE) or Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE)
• 2–4 years of telecom project experience
• Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
