Project Coordinator (Thai - English)

Work Outline

We are a creative team working on cross-border marketing projects. We are now recruiting a Project Coordinator with intermediate to advanced English skills to manage communications and ensure smooth project execution in Thailand and other international markets.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main communication link for projects, connecting clients, vendors, and internal teams (and using English with non-Thai colleagues or vendors).

• Manage project resources and logistics — such as venues, influencers (KOLs), and media partners — to ensure smooth execution.

• Arrange project meetings, prepare notes, and follow up on action items.

• Track project progress, provide regular status updates, and ensure timely completion.

• Prepare project presentations, reports, and relevant documentation, establishing clear work processes.

• Coordinate with local partners for projects outside Thailand.

Qualifications:

• Thai and English proficiency required; proficiency in a third language is an advantage

• Experience in project coordination or management preferred.

• Strong communication and organization skills, with good problem-solving ability and follow-through.

• Proficient in office software and relevant project tools.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and good at time management.

• Able to work independently while being a supportive team player.

• Must be cat-friendly (our Bangkok office is home to over ten cats ).
