Work Location: In person, with daily travel between jobsites

Acadian Windows & Siding is seeking an organized, dependable Project Coordinator to oversee multiple residential window and door replacement jobsites each day.

This role requires hands-on field oversight, clear communication, and strong follow-through. You will visit jobsites, coordinate with installation crews, monitor progress and workmanship, and address issues to help ensure projects are completed correctly and customers are satisfied.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple active installation jobsites daily, planning visits around project needs and priorities.
• Coordinate with installation crews and internal teams to keep projects on schedule.
• Confirm crews have the job information, materials, and support needed to complete their work.
• Monitor installation progress, workmanship, jobsite cleanliness, and adherence to company safety standards.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers during installation, communicating updates and addressing concerns.
• Identify installation issues, missing materials, and delays early; coordinate solutions and escalate when needed.
• Work with sales, measuring, ordering, manufacturing, installation, and service teams to resolve project issues.
• Document jobsite visits, project status, photos, and outstanding items in company systems.
• Track punch-list items and follow up until remaining work is completed.
• Conduct final walkthroughs and confirm projects meet company standards before closeout.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to travel between multiple jobsites daily.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize field needs, and adapt to changing schedules.
• Clear, professional communication with customers, crews, and internal teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address jobsite concerns calmly.
• Comfort using computers, mobile devices, and project or customer management software.
• Experience in construction project management, field supervision, installation management, or home improvement preferred.
• Window and door installation experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Ability to Commute or Relocate

Must be able to reliably commute to Destrehan, LA 70047, or relocate before starting work.
