Project Coordinator/Inside Sales (Construction Experience)

About the role

The project coordinator / inside sales associate will interact with kitchen & bath dealers, builders, contractors and homeowners on the phone and through email. The associate will be quoting, performing order entry, managing countertop projects (new construction & remodel), and procuring material. The position requires strong communication across departments within the company, which includes measure techs, install techs, fabricators and other sales & administrative personnel. The associate will be responsible for helping to handle customer inquiries promptly and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with kitchen & bath dealers, builders, contractors and homeowners on the phone and through email
• Quote projects and perform order entry
• Manage countertop projects (new construction & remodel)
• Procure material
• Communicate across departments including measure techs, install techs, fabricators and sales & administrative personnel
• Handle customer inquiries promptly and effectively

About you

• People person
• Able to manage multiple tasks in an organized fashion
• Energetic, eager to learn
• Knowledge of K&B industry and fabrication techniques in USA is desired but not required

Training & Probationary Period

• The training period is part of the 6-month probationary employment period.
• Training is fully paid based on the offered salary.
• Employees will follow the regular work schedule of 8 hours per day, plus a 1-hour lunch break.
