Project Coordinator/Manager

About the role

We are seeking an organized Renovation Project Coordinator to oversee our residential and commercial interior fit-out projects. You will be the main bridge between our clients, design teams, and subcontractors. Your primary focus will be ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to our quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project schedules and track daily progress on-site
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and coordinate trade contractors
• Source, order, and schedule deliveries of finish materials and construction supplies
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship meets design specs and safety codes
• Monitor project expenses, manage variation orders, and prepare progress billing documents

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
• 1–3 years of proven experience coordinating interior renovation or fit-out projects
• Proficiency in reading construction drawings, blue prints, and using project scheduling software
• Exceptional multitasking, sharp negotiation skills, and clear verbal and written communication
• Valid driver's license and reliable transport to travel between project sites
