Project Coordinator/Project Controller

Role & responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor multiple building projects.

Track project progress, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.

Coordinate with Project Teams, Consultants, Contractors, and Management.

Monitor project planning, execution, and overall project performance.

Prepare MIS reports, progress reports, and management updates.

Identify project delays, risks, and coordination issues and follow up for timely resolution.

Ensure effective coordination between Corporate Office and Project Sites.

Preferred candidate profile

A proactive and experienced Civil Engineering professional with strong project coordination, planning, monitoring, reporting, and communication skills.
