Project Coordinator/Project-in-Charge

• Plan and prepare project schedule and production timeline prior to the delivery and installation of the finished product on site
• Prepares manpower, tools & material allocation prior for site activities & implementation
• Working collaboratively with the site project in charge and production supervisor
• Familiarization with the project scope based on the BOQ and drawings
• Prepares activities to do on site prior to the production deliverables that should be coordinated to the site project in charge
• Conducts site visit and support to the site team

Job Qualification

• Graduate of Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Industrial Engineering
• Has experience as a planner/scheduler using Office and MS Project software
• Has experience in office fit-out projects, including coordination, planning, and implementation of office interior and construction works.
