Project Coordinator/Scheduler

Due to continuing company growth, we are looking to add a "Project Coordinator/Scheduler" to our team.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a candidate who has experience working in a machine shop or similar environment. Experience working with schedules, take customer calls, coordinating maintenance, cost tracking/evaluation, multi-tasking and being detail oriented will make you the prefect candidate for this roll.

General Duties/General Overview:

• Receive all incoming service, quote, invoicing questions and requests. Route to the correct person or schedule the request.

• Maintain and update Service Schedule. Contacting customers as needed to make adjustments.

• Lead daily production meeting. Take all notes and update the Excel spreadsheet for reference for the other managers.

• Work with the rest of the team to meet rebuild and service deadlines.

• Review all project costs. Get approval during the project for additional needed monies and approval at the end of a project before the official invoice is sent.

• Other duties as needed.

Additional Information:

• Standard Work Week is 45 Hours;

Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 4:30pm, 1/2 Hour Lunch Break

• Pay Negotiable and based on experience.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
