What they need
Position: Project Coordinator / Site Supervisor
Location: Dubai, UAE
Language: English and Tagalog
Experience: Experience in renovation/interior fit-out/construction preferred
Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License is required
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and supervise renovation and fit-out projects
Conduct regular site visits and monitor project progress
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedule
Monitor site activities, materials, manpower, and quality of work
Prepare site updates, reports, and coordinate project requirements
Attend to client concerns and coordinate with the office team
Ensure proper site safety and housekeeping
Valid UAE Driving License
Previous experience in renovation, interior fit-out, or construction
Good communication and coordination skills
Able to handle multiple projects and site activities
Knowledge of drawings and basic site coordination
Willing to travel between project sites in Dubai
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
