Project Coordinator(Telecom)

Position Summary

We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Coordinator – Telecom to oversee and streamline end-to-end site deployment, tower erection, and infrastructure rollout workflows. The ideal candidate will bridge technical field teams, vendor partners, and client management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in strict compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Tracking & Execution: Coordinate daily rollout activities, tower erection schedules, site installation milestones, civil work progress, and site handovers across telecom project phases.
• Site Deployment Supervision: Monitor tower erection timelines, ground setup, structural assemblies, and civil/electrical readiness.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Serve as the primary point of contact between internal technical teams, tower erection contractors, field engineers, and clients to align progress against targets.
• Documentation & MIS Reporting: Maintain accurate MIS reports, site status trackers, tower completion checklists, billing validation documents, and safety compliance records.
• Resource & Material Allocation: Monitor logistics and inventory flow for critical telecom equipment and structural materials (e.g., tower steel, power solutions, fiber cabling, antennas) to avoid operational bottlenecks.
• Issue Resolution: Identify field delays, site acquisition bottlenecks, structural/assembly challenges, or technical dependencies early, escalating to leadership with actionable resolution plans.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Tower Erection Experience: Hands-on experience in Tower Erection and associated civil/structural deployment is strictly mandatory.
• Client Exposure: Prior experience working with Indus Towers in any capacity (directly, via a vendor, or through a partner eco-system) is mandatory.
• Education: Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Telecommunications, Civil, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of passive/active telecom infrastructure, site construction, tower foundation work, tower assembly, and site handovers.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data reporting), Google Workspace, and project tracking tools.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, vendor management, team coordination, and problem-solving skills under tight deadlines.
