Project Cordinator

We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to coordinate project activities, monitor progress, maintain documentation, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks using our ERP system.

The selected candidate will undergo 3 months of training in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, followed by placement in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor project activities through the ERP Projects Module.
• Create and update project details, tasks, milestones, and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track project progress, pending activities, and deadlines.
• Follow up with team members on assigned tasks and deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain project status reports and documentation.
• Identify project delays and escalate issues to the reporting manager.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates in the ERP system.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.
• Maintain effective communication among stakeholders to support timely project completion.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate in any discipline; candidates with an IT, Management, Commerce, or Engineering background will be preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and reporting.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Willingness to learn ERP software and project management processes.
• Freshers can apply. Experience in project coordination or ERP implementation will be an added advantage.

Training and Work Location

• Training Period: First 3 months in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
• Work Location After Training: Bhilai, Chhattisgarh.
• Candidates must be comfortable working in Raipur during training and at Bhilai after the training period.
